Analysis of the Schedule Risk of Prefabricated Buildings Based on ISM and Research of Transfer Path

Project schedule management is an important part of prefabricated construction project management. General contracting effective way to promote the development construction. However, at present, from perspective general contracting, risk factors affecting progress buildings are not clear, and relationship between risks known. The purpose this study composition, hierarchical structure transmission path in mode, so as help contractor formulate avoidance measures. This uses grounded theory obtain 22 that affect assembly building projects, data expert interviews. Using Delphi method interpretative structural modeling (ISM), these divided into seven levels, ISM model constructed. research shows there 60 paths, four transfer chains obtained. paper also further analyzes puts forward suggestions avoid for each level.
